Can we use 220 V DC for RE22 or RE17 Relays

The maximum switching voltage for Re22 or RE17 is 110Vdc. At 110Vdc, the load current should be less than 0.3A.

Resistive Load: AC-1 8A, 250V conforming to IEC 60947-4-1
Inductive Load: DC-13 2A, 24V conforming to IEC 60947-5-1
Inductive Load: AC-15 3A, 250V conforming to IEC 60947-5-1
