After upgrading the 140NOE77100 modules exec and kernel to version 3.0 you also need to install new web pages to the NOE. This exec and kernel version requires new web pages because of a newly implemented file structure. There is a batch file that is supplied with the exec and kernel that you need to run in order to upgrade the NOE77100 web pages. Please refer to the Readme / Upgrade files provided with the update for further instructions.
