Goals and Symptoms

We have an softstarter ATS48C48Q that is displaying the OCF code. We have been following the instruction on User´s Manual : checking the motor and wire isolation, by-pass circuits testing, and the others instrucctions. We didn´t find anything that explains the situation. The OCF code is displayed randomly, in anytime, inclusive without the RUN command actived and without the power supply L1-L2-L3 conected. Could you say us what antohers causes are posible? We already have changed the control board, but the result is the same : the OCF code continues diplaying.

Try to replace the power board because a bad solding is also possible, or the best way is to replace the complet product.
