It is observed that writing to output cards ceases when STBNIP2311 is at default IP address and rotary switch being not set to STORED position.
Even reading from Modscan32 works but when trying to set output it will throw exception errors and output wont be set.
To allow writing or to overcome this issue make sure STBNIP2311 is configured with IP address and rotary switch is set to STORED position.
