Saved Reports that are created and saved with a certain Date/Time format cannot be viewed in a different format when run.

I.E. a Saved Report created on a computer with US Regional Settings and then updating the report for Australian Date/Time format

Saved Reports created after updating the computers regional settings to the proper date time format will be displayed with correct the Date/Time format.

Resolution: To fix this issue, the user needs to re-create all those reports which are saved with the incorrect Date/Time format.
