Issue:
Set up the ATV630 sleep wake up function when using the PID controller

Environment:

Cause:
Activating the sleep and wake up function.

Resolution:
Pump Functions main menu:
PID controller Menu
PID wake up and sleep function on the ATV630 Process drive.
PID has to be activated and ON.
Low speed has to be set to a value above 0.
PID min output has to match your low speed.

Pump Functions menu
Sleep/Wake up enter

Sleep setup:
-Sleep detect mode = speed
-Sleep min speed = 1hz higher than the low speed (very important)
-Sleep delay = time delay that output frequency remains below the Sleep min speed

Wake up setup:
-Wake up Menu (2nd Tab)
-Wake up mode = Error
-Wake up Process Error = error as % of feedback range.  (low number wakes up with small error from setpoint)
