Cause
The reason for the "inf" value is due to an internal fault. The "inf" means the value is infinite. This happens when the meter incorrectly calculates the value.
Resolution

If the meter is not up to date with the current released firmware, the meter's firmware should be upgraded. If the firmware update had no effect on the "inf" value, then the meter must be replaced as the meter's internal fault is unfixable.
