Cause:
Industrial Control Transformers may require fuse blocks

Resolution:

Fusing is only available for a single pole, typically used for secondary fusing, 30 amps maximum, glass type fuse.
The 9070AP3 is for the 25-150VA range.
The 9070AP4 is for the 200-750VA range.
