No , this NEMA standard only pertains to Energy Efficient transformers. To be in compliance with TP1 and the Energy Act 2005 the catalog number needs to be prefixed by the letters EE, EX or EXN.  TP1 and TP2 are obsolete and have been superseded by Department of Energy DOE 2016 requirements.
