Are CT's supplied for the Utility with Speed D Switchboards?

Are Utility CT's supplied for the Utility on Speed D Switchboards by Square D ?

Resolution:
The Speed D Switchboard does not come with Bar CT's between the load side of the meter and the Main breaker, or Fusible Main.
These are supplied by the local Utility being Metered.
