Can a replacement EM42 actuator be bought here in the United States ?

Resolution:
The EM42 Actuator is a European type and not available here in the USA . It is also obsolete and crossed to a M310 actuator which is also obsolete.
Current functional replacement actuator  is a M400 actuator. It is recommended to check existing valve specification so a correct replacement can be advised.
