All "EMP" actuators are restricted to Karl Dungs Distributors https://www.dungs.com/en/.  The "E" stands for Eclipse, an OEM Company which was purchased by Karl Dungs.
The "EMP" Actuators are unable to be purchased by all Wholesaler accounts. Procurement for replacement and repair parts should be thru Karl Dungs @ Phone: (763) 582-1700
