Cause:
Requires a cooling fan replacement

Resolution:
VZ3V1206 is the heatsink fan kit.  The fans measure 3.62 by 3.62 inches each.  The kit contains two fans and this drive uses one fan kit per drive.  The fans are not available individually, it is only available as a kit.
