The investigation process will be conducted with impartiality and fairness. Everyone involved will be presumed innocent until proven otherwise. Your concerns will be thoroughly and objectively reviewed, ensuring a just and transparent procedure.

As an employee or stakeholder, you can report any conduct that may violate the Trust Charter, our policies, or the law. This includes concerns related to financial misconduct, fraud, corruption, harassment, discrimination, safety violations, or any other form of misconduct within the organisation.

Your report will be received by the Compliance Officer in your location. After an initial assessment, trained investigators will be assigned if the report is deemed a potential misconduct.

The Compliance Officer will be informed, and if necessary trained investigators will be involved. During the investigation, interviews may be conducted with witnesses and the individuals involved.

Reports are securely stored on the servers of an external provider to prevent breaches. Access to these reports is limited to specific high-level executives, Compliance Officers, and investigators within the company on a "need to know" basis only.
