The user manual for the iEM3100, iEM3200, and iEM3300 series of meters (document reference number DOCA0005EN-12) has a register list in Chapter 5: Communications via Modbus RS-485. See page 56 of the pdf document attached   (DOCA0005EN-12.pdf)
