How can I find the factory programming of my drive in an MCC unit?

Issue:
Factory programming of my drive in an MCC unit.

Product Line:
Enclosed and MCC systems

Environment:
All models, All serial numbers

Cause:
Need to know the original programming of the drive that was installed.

Resolution:
The original programming can be found on the factory drawings that were sent with the unit.  If you no longer have the factory drawings, they can be obtained by the Drives Product Support Group.
