Are the Masterpact NW and NT shunt trip and shunt close coils continuous duty rated?

Issue:
Does the Masterpact NW shunt trip and shunt close have a coil clearing switch?

Product Line:
Masterpact NT and NW breakers

Resolution:
Yes, the coils themselves are continuous duty rated and do not use a coil clearing switch. However, in actual use, a maintained signal should not be used on the shunt close coil (XF). Any opening order will open the breaker so a standing close order is not necessary. Instead, use a signal of at least 200 ms on the shunt close coil (XF) then remove the signal.
