NetBotz SNMP clearing trap not sent if manually changing thresholds to test traps
Issue:
NetBotz SNMP clearing trap not sent if manually changing thresholds to test traps

Product Line:
NetBotz

Environment:
NBRK0750
NBWL0755
Potentially any firmware revision

Cause:
When testing thresholds and alarm configurations, you may try to change a threshold value in order to test things like SNMP traps or e-mails.
If you do this same thing to clear the threshold, a return to normal trap is not sent.
If you're testing temperature for instance and it's 70 degrees on a certain sensor, if you change the threshold to alert at a lower temp (maybe 65 degrees), both traps and e-mails are sent but in manually changing the threshold to clear the alarm (maybe set to 75 degrees), the e-mail is sent but the trap is not.

Resolution:
This is a known issue and is planned to be resolved in a future release.
