What are the recommendations to follow to factory reset EcoStruxure Panel Server connected to any of the SE cloud

If the PaS is connected to cloud and it is sending data to any of the SE cloud application. Please make sure that below recommendation are followed.

For example, if your Panel Server is connected with EEH (EcoStruxur Energy Hub Cloud-based building energy management software)

• Remove gateway from EEH

At Panel server side :

• perform the factory reset, you can find the Resetting to Factory Settings procedure on below User Guide link: EcoStruxure Panel Server - User Guide | Schneider Electric

• Perform the configuration, (or restore the configuration)

• connect to cloud and publish topology

• Add again the gateway in EEH
