The following error could be due to the Ethernet Download was disabled in the configuration.

Access the HMIST6's Hardware Configuration Menu: Tap on the top left corner of the touchscreen (0.5" x 0.5" touch area), release, and within 0.5 seconds, tap the bottom right corner of the touchscreen (0.5" x 0.5" touch area). You may need to repeat this process a few times as it can be a bit tricky.

Once you are in the Hardware Configuration Menu, locate the "Always Allow Ethernet Download" setting and ensure that it is enabled. This will enable the HMI to receive downloads over Ethernet.

After enabling the setting in the HMI, ensure that the corresponding setting in your application is also enabled. Refer to the screenshot provided for the specific setting that needs to be checked. This step is important to prevent the setting from being turned off again.
