Cause:
The 13U NetShelter WX cabinets are hinged in the rear.

Resolution:
The new 6U, 9U and 12U NetShelter WX cabinets (AR106, AR109, AR112) are not hinged in the rear. Only the NetShelter WX AR100 and AR100HD are hinged in the rear,
