The customer is looking for a ground point on the cabinet.

Environment:
All versions and serial ranges.

Cause:
The customer wants to bond the equipment or various parts of the cabinet to a ground.

Resolution:
The NetShelter CX cabinets no not currently have a dedicated ground point.
The CX cabinet is intended to be used with certified equipment that provides a proper enclosure to guard against electrical hazards.  Proper ground for these types of equipment is made through the attachment of the plug/cord and provided this ground path exists to the supply PDU, there is no need for external grounding of the cabinet.
