Cause:
If a customer looses their shock packaging ramp, or requests a reusable ramp, is there one available for the AR3xxxSP cabinets?
Resolution:
The NetShelter shock packaging (AR3xxxSP) cabinets ship with single use wooden ramps.
The NetShelter SX3K Integrator Ready (AR9xxx) cabinets have a reusable metal ramp available with with the cabinet, or separately under sku AR9000RAMP.
The AR9000RAMP is also compatible with the NetShelter SX shock packaging cabinets (AR3xxxSP)
