Micom P122 relay’s rear communication ie. RS485 is not communicating properly. Can you guide us to solve this issue ?

1) Please check whether you are using the correct connection as per the manual

Note that there is not separate register for this connection ,it is already included in the P12x relay
2) Please check whether you are using correct computer window version as per our Easergy studio release note.
3) If still you have issue ,please contact our local Schneider after sales/services team .
