When power up the Vamp 50 relay , two LEDs "in operation" and "faulty" light up and in the HMI and display shows the error "HW Error" How to solve this issue?

Resolution:
In the process of self-diagnosis, the vamp revealed an internal fault - a software failure.
The problem can resolve by re flashing the terminal, filling in a new database.
