What should customer do when the diagnosis LED flashes during the Giga contactor in normal operation?
After customer changes the switching modules on the Giga contactor, customer should reset the contactor by changing the dip switch from “A” to “B” OR from “B” to “A”.
Before the date code 2335(Year 2023, Week 35) of the Giga contactor, Schneider puts the dip switch in the A position during the manufacture.
After the date code of 2335, Schneider decides to move the position to B during the manufacture.
Before the date code 2335(Year 2023, Week 35) of the Giga contactor, if customer observes the diagnosis LED flashing on the front face of the Giga contactor during the normal operation, customer can try to move the dip switch from “A” to “B” and keep the dip switch in B position.

After the dip switch is in B position, customer can power on A1 and A2 of the contactor. the diagnosis LED is blinking, and the contactor remains open. It closes after 10 seconds.
Then, the diagnosis LED will be off, and the contactor can work normally.
