Issue:
How to set and select sensitivity for BE500G3, BE700G3, BE900G3 and BE1050G3?

Product Line:
Back-UPS

Environment:
All Serial Numbers

Cause:
There are times that the sensitivity settings need to be changed due to the actual condition of the main source/utility in order to keep the UPS operation smooth and normal.

Resolution/Procedure:

Voltage Sensitivity Adjustment

The Back-UPS detects and reacts to the line voltage distortions by transferring to battery backup power to help protect connected equipment. In situations where either the Back-UPS or the connected equipment is too sensitive for the input voltage level it is necessary to adjust the transfer voltage.

1.Turn off the UPS connected to a wall outlet.
