Windows Task Manager performance view will show high CPU usage 90% to 100% being constant over period of time. A further investigation of the running processes will show the WebReach.XMLSubscriptionService.exe*32 using 30% to 50% of CPU usage with high number of Handles and Threads.

Cause
Windows Task Manager performance view will show high CPU usage 90% to 100% being constant over period of time. A further investigation of the running processes will show the WebReach.XMLSubscriptionService.exe*32 using 30% to 50% of CPU usage with high number of Handles and Threads.
Resolution
Stopping WebReach.XMLSubscription service on PME server drops the high CPU usage. Web Applications Diagram (WebReach) user on the network is possibly using XML scraping process to pull real time data into third party system. Scraping XML process impacts performance of PME server and therefore not supported.
