Last version of Diagnostic tool can be installed by Schneider Electric software installer. https://www.se.com/ww/en/download/document/ESEMACS10_INSTALLER/ Select Machine Expert service tools during installation.
Usage is very easy. Run it, click on collect data, select your controller and click connect. Diagnostic data will be loaded, you can browse it or save it and sent to technical support if needed.
