After Installation of Ecoreach, I am unable to launch Ecoreach?
For launching Ecoreach the user needs to have administrative privilege on the target computer. If the user does not have administrative privilege on the computer the user will get an error message "Error copying Ecoreach port information".

Solution 1: The user needs to get the administrative privilege for the IT administrator on the computer to launch Ecoreach.

Solution 2: The user can ask the IT administrator to give the "Full Control" permission only on the Ecoreach folder.
