Six types of encoder cards are available depending on the Encoder Technology (Incremental or Absolute).
1.) RS 422 compatible differential outputs.
2.) Open collector outputs. (NPN)
3.) Push-pull outputs.
4.) Resolver.
5.) SinCos, SinCos Hiperface, EnDat or SSI.
6.) RS 422 compatible differential outputs with encoder emulation. (RS 422 ESIM)
These last three cards are available only with the following Altivar 71 Drives:
ATV71H***M3383
ATV71H***M3X383
ATV71H***N4383
