Masterpact MTZ: How to create a CT test position cradle contact.

Issue: The eIFE uses same physical position as the CT test position chassis contacts.

Resolution:
Wiring a CD xx1-xx2 in series with a CE xx1-xx4 creates a simulated CT contact. Same as a CT xx1-xx2 contact.
