Issue:
The error of: "Translator map file not loaded due to previous error. Will retry." will re-occur about every 5 seconds, once for each device.
The 'previous error' mentioned in this particular error is sometimes difficult to locate, but the error reads:
"Failed to load the modbus map file. Reason: Error opening input file: 'modbus-schema.xml'. The system cannot locate the object specified. Source Text: Line: 0 Line position: 0"

Cause
This error occurs because the 'modbus-schema.xml' file is missing from the (default path) 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\ION Enterprise\config\translators' folder.

Resolution
*Warning: Take backups of any files prior to modifying them. Ensure the backups are in a location that will not be overwritten (i.e. the Desktop).
If the file was accidentally moved or deleted, restore the file to the location path specified above. If the file is unrecoverable, determine the version of ION Enterprise/SPM/WinPM.Net and make a copy of the file and transfer it to the affected server.
