ION8600: How to energize a High Voltage PSU meter in the lab with a Single Phase.

In the High Voltage PSU unit, power supply is energized from the blades of the meter. Internally, the PSU is connected to V1 of the meter. Hence, in order to energize the meter, make sure V1 is supplied with 120V.
