Why the two BMENOC 03x1 modules get the duplicated IP after M580 HSBY swap by DDDT command: ECPU_HSBY_1.CMD_SWAP?

Answer:
This is a known issue on BMENOC 03x1 v2.04, issue is fixed on version 2.06.
