Pm5560 Meter set to Russian language, the Panel data is not visible and some of data labels are not visible in different screen navigations.

Pm5560 Meter set to Russian language, the Panel data is not visible and some of data labels are not visible in different screen navigations.
Causes identified :
- This data label missing or data missing in PM55xx is identified when Meter is set to Russian language.
- This is due to some issue with the Russian language file used within PM55xx.
- This issue is noticed with Pm55xx with firmware versions below 4.1.3
Solution :
- This issue is fixed in Firmware version 4.1.3 on wards. So meter needs to be upgraded to this Firmware version.
