Programs in our Sustainability Business Division:
- Sustainability Leadership Program (Global): A 2-year rotational program with three 8-month rotations in energy and sustainability activities. Participants are hired as permanent employees and placed in a permanent role upon successful completion.
- Automation Engineering Program (United States): A robust 6-month training program where you'll learn the fundamentals of our Sustainability Business through available positions on our Hardware Design, Applications Engineering, and Field Operations teams. This program is designed for recent graduates from both 2-year technical and 4-year engineering programs.
- Public Sector Sales Program (United States): Offers an 8-week internship or 10-week training program for new hires to learn consultative selling, shadow account executives, visit customer sites, and complete a mock sales presentation.
