Pin-out for VX003 PC cable for RS232 port of VAMP 200 series

Issue:
Trying to connect to the VAMP 200 series through the RS232 port fails.

Product Line:
VAMP 255, VAMP 257,  VAMP 259, VAMP 200 series, VX003

Environment:
Connecting to VAMP set to configure settings.

Cause:
The RS232 port configuration is not a standard RS232 port.
