Resolution
GT function block output retained a previous true state when the resulting output condition should have been false

The cause for the issue is due to a detected error condition that occurred during execution or unsuccessful algorithm
execution.  This resulted in the GT function block output retaining a previous state.  The possibility of this issue to occur
when the user logic is configured in a specific function block arrangement is described in the Unity online help and in the
attached resolution.  Recommendations for special consideration when developing the logic to avoid such a situation
is also provided in both the Unity help and resolution.


Examination of the customer application showed that the logic was configured in the function block arrangement that
was recommended to be avoided.
