Initial values from a converted Concept application does not get transferred to the PLC.

The reason this occurs is due to the checkbox for 'Initialize %MWi' not being selected in the CPU configuration.

To resolve the issue:

Open the CPU configuration window.
Select the checkbox 'Initialize %MWi'.
Rebuild the application.
Retest.
