ControlExpert_V150_HF001_SP1 Fix Control Expert V15.0 SP1 installation issue

Description of Issue on Control Expert V15.0 SP1 installation Customers who want to install Control Expert V15.0 SP1 and who already have a version of V15.0 installed, it is mandatory to uninstall V15.0 before installing the new version V15.0 SP1. In some cases after uninstalling CE V15.0 and installing Control Expert V15.0 SP1, an integrity check error is returned when trying to run CE V15.0 SP1 for the first time. New behavior after installation of ControlExpert_V150_ HF001_SP1. After installing the Hot Fix when running EcoStruxure Control Expert V15.0 SP1, no more integrity check errors are returned.
