Cause:
Flashing RDY

Resolution:
One possible cause would be if the COS code Power Factor in drC menu is set to 1.0.
Need remove the run command, go to the drC menu, reduce the COS value to the PF (Power Factor) on the motor nameplate, or if you don't see that reduce to .82, then try again to issue a run command.
