Verify that the Windows user or the Windows group that the Windows user is in has full control of the ION Enterprise folder. To do this do the following:
1) Navigate to the ION Enterprise folder on the server.
2) Right click on ION Enterprise and go to properties.
3) Click on the Security tab.
4) Verify that the user or group in use has full control as shown below in the screenshot.
