Can the Advantys Configuration Software monitor registers in an Advantys OTB or STB island ?

The Advantys Configuration Software cannot monitor registers in an Advantys OTB I/O island, it can only download or upload its parameters.
The Advantys Configuration Software can monitor registers in an Advantys STB  I/O island and it can also download or upload its parameters.
