The issue has been fixed in the UMAC v3.0 Update.

• Download and install the UMAC v3.0 Update from:

https://www.se.com/us/en/download/document/UMACv3.0/

• Open the 'Unity M580 Application Converter'.

• Click on About.

• Click on Install library.
• Close the  'Unity M580 Application Converter'.

• Start Control Expert.
• Create an M580 project.
• Open the Types Library Manager.
• Search for IE*
• The block will be shown:
