Error message "Some assets can't be shared as destination platform is not available"

Sometimes when user tries to perform"Export to EcoStruxure Facility Expert" from EcoStruxure Power commission tool, he mite face see some error message "Some assets can't be shared as destination platform is not available. Please contact CCC"

EPC Error Message:


This issue can occur due to the below reasons:
1) One of the backend components of the System ( ALM or CC ) is down
2) When the System cannot find the commercial reference of few of your devices from the project.
So we suggest users to check the commercial reference on the device is matching with the Schneider electric database on below link:

If your search does not yield any result, it means that the device with that particular commercial reference does not exist in our system. In this case we request you to reach out to our Country Customer support team.
We are in a process in improving these error message to a more user friendly user messages in coming releases. But till that time, please reach out to Country customer care team when you encounter this issue
