Schneider Electric will be improving your experience and transition key features from EcoStruxure Facility Expert Digital Logbook (FE DLB) to mySchneider portal by the end of 2024, offering an enhanced experience including asset visualization, personalized content, training, product catalogues and much more.
What should I do as a user?
There are 2 possible options, depending on how you use Facility Expert Digital logbook:
I am a Panel Builder: Should I stop tracking assets using EcoStruxure Power Commission Desktop (EPC-D)?
No. Please continue using EPC-D to track assets. It is fundamental to keep tracking assets for quality purposes. The only change is to stop pushing assets to Facility Expert, unless it is exceptionally required (e.g., following an end user request, project continuation, etc.).
When will mySchneider solution be ready?
We are working to deploy the mySchneider web asset visualization features by end of 2024, in parallel with the FE decommissioning deadline.
In the meantime, you will be able to visualize your switchboard, hierarchy, documents, and components by simply scanning their QRCode with your mobile phone (as today) or through Asset Lifecycle Manager (ALM) by searching any asset serial number part of the Switchboard:

What should I do as a user?
There are 2 possible options, depending on how you use Facility Expert Digital logbook:
- I use Facility Expert just to visualize my switchboard, devices, and its documents. In this case, you just need to register in mySchneider (se.com) with the same Facility Expert email to ensure seamless transition to mySchneider in the future.
- I use Facility Expert to manage preventive maintenance of my equipment, including switchboards and other devices. In this case, you can request data extraction by creating a ticket from Facility Expert and upload it on the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tool of your choice.
