Part numbers for braking units and braking resistors for ATV900 drives can be found in the attached document, which is an excerpt from the ATV900 Catalog. 
Pricing & availability can be obtained from your local distributor and Customer Service. 

Note: These braking units and resistors are for ATV900 series Process Drives only. The ATV600 series cannot be wired for a braking resistor.
