What is the ride through time for the ATV680/ATV980 active front end AFE drives?

Issue:
Looking for the ride through time for the ATV680/ATV980 active front end drives.

Product Line:
ATV680/ATV980

Environment:
All

Cause:
Ride through time

Resolution:

The ATV680 and ATV980 don’t fulfill the requirements of SEMI F47.The drive systems have an internal control voltage, which is generated from the mains supply, via a transformer.
If the mains voltage drops to -50%, all relays and contractors, will drop off.
For the drive products, it is easier to fulfil the SEMI F47 requirements, because the complete power
supply comes out of the DC bus.
As per attachment, you can find one page of the ATV980 handbook, where you can see the undervoltage specification of the ATV680/980.
