What is the repair process for contactors?
The LC1K, LC1D, LC1F and LC1G families of contactors cannot be repaired, as the cost of repairing any of these contactors is generally higher than its manufacturing cost. There are, however, some replacement components which can help maintain the contactors, depending on the problem:
LC1F: Spare contact tips and coils are available for this range.
LC1G: Spare switching modules are available for this range. These are essentially enclosed contacts which can be replaced.
Note:
Regarding Tesys F, this range will be obsolete by the end of 2022.
Regarding Tesys B (LC1B, CV1/CV3) contactors we no longer sell this range. For further information, please contact Lenoir Elec who now look after this range: https://www.lenoir-elec.com/en/home-en/
